Should Internal Web Page Links Use rel=”nofollow” Attribute?

We have heard about using rel=”nofollow” attribute to prevent the loss of link juice from our webpages. But what about the use of rel=”nofollow” when linking to internal web pages?

The general consensus is not to use rel=”nofollow’ on links to your internal webpages or anchor text.  Google’s Matt Cutts has created a brief 1:22 min. video confirming proper use of rel=”nofollow”.
